Judith Carlotta LaBrasca

Judith Carlotta (Simmons) La Brasca was born December 5, 1941 in Urbana, Illinois and peacefully passed into the arms of her Heavenly Father on September 15, 2022 at her home in Scottsdale Arizona.
At a young age, Judy along with her parents and siblings moved to Racine, WI. It is there where she met the love of her life, Jerome (Jerry) La Brasca at the age of 16. Judy and Jerry were married in December 1960 in Racine, WI. and a few years later created a family of four with a son and daughter. Judy, Jerry, Michael and Lori moved to sunny Arizona in 1970 where she lived a life fully devoted to her family, church and good friends with her love and contagious laughter. After 27 years of marriage and the untimely death of her beloved Jerry, Judy continued to live a generous life rich in blessings. She enjoyed traveling with friends, shopping, working some fun jobs and always nurturing and serving her close-knit family.
Judy is survived by her children Michael La Brasca and Lori (La Brasca) Hustead (Matt), her sister, Sonna Scornavacco (Mike), her 4 grandchildren Ashley (Jeff), CJ (Morgan), Jack, and Michael and 4 great-grandchildren Weston, Olivia, Madelyn and Harlow which have brought her so much recent joy. Judy is preceded in death by her parents Issac T. and Doris L. Simmons, her brother Michael T. Simmons (Lin) and her husband Jerome A. La Brasca.
She will be so greatly missed, but left us with a great legacy of how to love God and her family faithfully.
