She was a Supervisor for the Ocean County Welfare Department for over 30 years in Toms River, NJ.
Judy is reunited in Heaven with her parents, Peter and Agnes (Davin) McGann.
She will be forever held and cherished in the hearts of her loving family; her sister Arline Hull, her husband Hugh McManus, her nephew Dirk and his wife Ines Hull, her great nephew Eric, and her great niece Kaci, as well as many loving extended family members and friends.
All arrangements are private in accordance with Judy's wishes and are entrusted to the care of the Carmona Bolen Home for Funerals, 412 Main St., Toms River, NJ. Condolences may be expressed to the family by visiting www.carmonabolenfh.com.
