Judith Diane McKinley

Judith "Jude" Diane McKinley, age 72 of Grosse Pointe Woods, passed away December 19, 2025. Loving wife of Ross McKinley, dear mother of Devon McKinley (Andy) Pahl, sister of the late Jack Generalovich, Kathi (the late Tom) Streasick, Michelle (Larry) Mikkola and Danielle Debrowsky, also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
"Jude was born in Highland Park to Peter and Helen Generalovich and grew up in Detroit, MI, as the oldest of five siblings. She often went on adventures with her siblings and parents, creating lasting memories along the way.
As a student at Osborne High School, she was a varsity swimmer and tennis player, and she also loved to ski, travel, volunteer, and attend her daughter's school events.
Jude and her husband, Ross, had been happily married for over 35 years and resided in Grosse Pointe Woods.
She spent a lot of time with her family in Grosse Pointe Woods, attending local community events and supporting the people around her. A kind, loving woman, she was always eager to bring out the best in others. Jude's love for her family was unwavering, and she devoted herself fully to them. Organized and detail-oriented, she hosted unforgettable events and was passionate about everything she did. Once she set her mind to something, she was determined to see it through.
Her family will miss her deeply."
