80, passed away with family by her side on March 29, 2023. Judy was born in Wichita, KS to Clifford V. and Virginia A. (May) Barnard on Feb. 14, 1943. She worked as a waitress for Mike's Steak House and Town and Country Restaurant. Judy is preceded in death by parents; siblings; Katherine Downing and Robert Barnard; granddaughter, Ashley Davidson; great granddaughter, Emilia Coelho. She is survived by her children, Kim Wehmeyer, Wichita, KS, Kenny (Julia) Neff, Overland Park, KS, Billy (Amy) Neff, Mulvane, KS and Jody (Heidi) Neff, Derby, KS; brother, Clifford (Sharon) Barnard, Derby, KS; grandchildren, Kevin (Jillian) Lamm, Ryan (Flor) Souter, Amanda (Andy) Runk, Daniel (Alex) Hilyard, Cody Baston, Christian Neff, Keegan Neff, Madysen Neff, Saylor Neff, Sammi Neff, Sadie Neff, Sawyer Neff, Jack Neff and Hank Neff; great grandchildren, Ashley Lamm, Paislee Runk, Gunner Runk, River Runk, Brayden Souter, Beckham Souter, Hudson Souter and Hazel Hilyard. Private family service held at a later date.
