Obituary of Judith H. Osowski
Judith H. Osowski (née Hale) of Chatham, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 6, 2025. She was 85.
Judith leaves behind her beloved husband of 26 years, Walter Osowski; her cherished sons Sean Clark and his wife Monique, and Frank Clark and his wife Abby; two treasured grandchildren Samantha and Franklin; two sisters, Nina Meier and Sonia King; and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Jean.
Judith was born in Queens, NY on November 3, 1939, to the late Edward and Winnie Hale. She was raised in South Plainfield, NJ with her sisters and was a graduate of South Plainfield High School.
Judith was part of a Jehovah's Witness ministry and met her husband, Walter, through their church. The couple married on April 17, 1998, and settled in Chatham together.
Judith was a skilled cosmetologist, offering makeup services for clients at Mirror Pharmacy in New Providence. She was a skilled photographer and a talented piano player. In addition, her family fondly remembers her excellent cooking and baking skills. Her paella and casseroles are among their favorites of her specialties. Judith was a skilled seamstress who made outfits for herself and her sons, and she had a special fondness for cats. Above all, Judith adored her family.
She will be remembered for doing everything in her life with the utmost passion and dedication. Her family will miss her positivity and quirky sense of humor, but they take comfort in knowing that she is at peace.
Services for Judith are being held privately for her family.
