Judith Perrigo Obituary

Judith Kay (Beckler) Perrigo, 87 of Midland, Michigan, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on December 13, 2025.
Judy was a cherished daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 66 years, Robert Perrigo; her parents, John L. Beckler and Alvina Beckler; her brother, Jack Beckler; and her daughter, Stefanie Perrigo Hill.
She is survived by her sister, Susan Willett; her daughters, Kim (Tim) Murray and Amy (Kevin) Roeder; five grandchildren: Tyler (Ashley) Murray, Katelyn Murray England, Sydney (Marcus) Roeder Chenevix-Trench, Benjamin Roeder, and Sophie Roeder; and three great-grandchildren: Jaxon, Eloise, and Miles Murray.
Born and raised in Saginaw, Michigan, Judy graduated from Arthur Hill High School before attending Michigan State University. It was at MSU that she met the love of her life, Robert, sparking a beautiful 66-year marriage. Together they built a warm and loving home, raising three daughters who were the center of her world.
Judy found deep joy in her role as a loving homemaker and was an extraordinary mother-always nurturing, attentive, and fiercely devoted to her family. She had an uncanny talent for gift-giving; no wish list ever stumped her, and she delighted in finding the perfect item to bring a smile.
Known for her infectious warmth and hospitality, Judy was the quintessential hostess. Family gatherings and visits with friends were her favorite occasions, often accompanied by her legendary Manhattans-no one mixed them quite like she did.
At Judy's request, cremation has taken place. She will be laid to rest beside her husband and daughter at Oakwood Memorial Mausoleum in Saginaw. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are kindly requested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in honor of Judy.
