Judith C. Perry

Judith C. Perry, age 84 of Hubbard passed away peacefully on Friday October 31, 2025 at O'Brien Memorial Health Care Center.

Judith was born September 7, 1941 in New Castle, PA. a daughter of Gurth & Alice Curry Rapson. She was a 1958 graduate of New Castle High School.

For many years she worked in the billing department at Penn Power, she later worked at Walmart in Hermitage for 20 years.

She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Hubbard and a member of ABWA for many years. She also enjoyed spending time with her neighbors.

Her husband William N. "Wings" Perry whom she married May 16, 1970 passed away September 10, 2010.

Judith will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by her family; her daughter Michelle (Gregg) Biamonte of Hubbard and step-children William (Linda) Perry of Florida, Heidi Jo (Todd) Perrigo of Florida and five grandchildren Josalyn, Fletcher, Carlye, Nicholas, Adrianna and one great granddaughter Audreyanna.

Special thanks to her friend and companion Bill Humenny.

She also leaves her siblings; Karen DeLost of Poland, Ohio, and Joanne Donley of New Castle, PA, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her husband and brothers Donald Rapson, Richard Rapson, and sisters Marge Henderson and Jeanne Weisbaker.

The family will plan a Celebration of Life at a later date.

Judith will be laid to rest at Hubbard Union Cemetery.
