Judith Phillips Obituary
Judy was born on August 12, 1962 in Richlands, Virginia and was the daughter of the late John F. and Reba Louise Evans Rasnick. She was a former manager at Hardees. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sons, John Nathan Rasnick and James Aaron Phillips; sister, Eugina Presley; brother, James Robert Rasnick, niece, Victoria Grey Endicott, and a nephew, Terry Dean Clevinger.

Funeral services for Judith Lynn "Judy" Phillips will be conducted at 7:00 pm on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Chapel in Richlands, Virginia with the Rev. Jody Breeding officiating. The Phillips family will receive friends from 6-7 pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hurst-Scott Funeral Home; P. O. Box 1025; Richlands, Virginia 24641. Hurst-Scott Funeral Home in Richlands, Virginia oversees arrangements and those wishing to express sympathy online may do so at www.hurstscottfuneralhomes.com
