Judith Alberta Radtke, 87, of Belleview, FL, passed away peacefully on July 25, 2025. Judith was born in Lancaster, MO, on October 28, 1937, to her loving parents; Donald Albert and Virginia Ida (Davis) Neighbors.
Judith married her husband, John Radtke Jr., in 1963 and the couple moved to Florida in 1965. Judy had a dedicated career of over 50 years in the newspaper industry. Having roles in sales, Linotype, proof reading and many more from the New York Times to the Daily Commercial.
Judy enjoyed spending her time outdoors, gardening, birdwatching (especially hummingbirds), camping, traveling and attending her grandchildren's sports events. Judy also had a love of old western movies and overall was a dedicated and loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Judith was a genuinely selfless woman and will be missed dearly and remembered fondly for her loving heart and kind spirit.
Judith is preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, who passed in 2012, John Radtke Jr., her parents, three children; Richard "Ric" John, Richard "Rick" John and Bradley James, as well as two sisters; Linda Adams and Nancy Duncan.
Judith is survived by her significant other of 9 years, Gary Young, her children; Sandie (Steve), Rhonda (Bob), Debbie (Bill) and Jeffrey (Linda), sisters; Beverly Staggs and Lois Natiello, and many loving grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Judy's loving memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Shriners Hospitals for Children.
