Judith E. Rivers passed from this life in Henderson Texas, at the age of 82 on July 19, 2023, Celebration of Life for Judy Rivers will be celebrated in a memorial service at the Camille Acres Baptist Church, 2920 Gilmer Rd. Longview, Texas at 6:00 p.m. Thursday, August 11, 2023 with Bro. Thomas officiating. Judy was a native of Aspermont Texas, Judy was born on February 13, 1941, to Robert Houston Turner and Maggie Lee Turner. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Rev. Olen Andrew Rivers and her son Olen Dewayne Rivers.
Judy is survived by one grandson, Joshua Wayne Rivers and three great grandchildren; Rose; Delilah; and Adrian; daughter-in-law Sharon Rivers, and her children, and niece Beth Hieronimus and nephew Rickey Rivers and other nieces and nephews and friends. Judy was a Missionary Baptist Minister's wife. She was a wonderful Sunday School teacher. Judy Loved teaching about Jesus. Judy was a retired hairdresser. Her hobbies were oil painting and drawing, also she loved to play the piano.
Judy loved the Lord and her family and friends with all her heart.
