Judith Knisley "Cecilia" Spell

Judith "Cecilia" Knisley Spell, age 78, beloved wife and mother, passed away on December 16, 2025 after a long battle with lung cancer. She was the ninth daughter to Charles Raymond Knisley, Sr. and Lorena LaFrage Knisley. She grew up in the city of Charleston and Youngs Island. She was a registered nurse for MUSC until she retired. She is survived by her loving husband, Robert Lee Spell, and a daughter, Brandy Spell Hallman as well as some of her sisters and brothers and her two grandchildren. There will be no burial or ceremony.
