Judith Rebecca Stanphill

Judith "Judy" Rebecca Stanphill, age 80, of Heber Springs, died peacefully, October 28, 2025, at her home surrounded by family and caregivers.
Known lovingly as JuJu by her grandchildren, Judy was born June 30, 1945, in Little Rock, AR to the late Ruth Virginia Bradsher. She was graduated from Jacksonville (AR) High School in 1963.
Judy is survived by her husband of 63 years, Thomas H. Stanphill, Jr., sister Beth Freeman of Prairie Grove, children Thomas Stanphill, III of Slovenia, Dawn Stanphill (Tim Rener) of Delray Beach, FL and Denise Keeter (Lane) of Heber Springs. She is also survived by grandchildren Brittany Stanphill of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Thomas Stanphill, IV of Los Angeles, CA, Catherine Keeter Wells (Devin) of Dallas, TX, Trip Keeter and Chancey Keeter, both of Heber Springs, Alex Stanphill of Slovenia, and great-granddaughters, Sophie Lane Wells and Emma Cate Wells of Dallas.
Judy was a faithful member of St. Albert's Catholic Church where she served in many ways including as sacristan. In their younger years, she and Tommy spent countless days houseboating on Greers Ferry Lake with their many houseboating friends whom they considered family.
Funeral services will be held at St. Albert's Catholic Church on Friday, October 31, with rosary at 10:30 am, visitation at 11:00 AM and funeral mass at noon. Interment will follow at Cleburne County Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made St. Albert's Catholic Church or Knights of Columbus.
