Judith Kay Terry

Judith Kay Weber Terry, born January 23, 1955, passed away on February 28, 2026, at the age of 71 after a long and courageous medical journey, surrounded by her loving family. Judy spent the majority of her life in Ottoville, Ohio. She dedicated her career to caring for others as a labor and delivery nurse at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima, where she helped bring countless babies into the world and supported families during some of the most meaningful moments of their lives. Above all, Judy was devoted to her family. She raised her two daughters with determination and love, and later found her greatest joy in being "Gigi" to her three granddaughters, Madeline, Sloane, and Violet, who brought endless pride and happiness to her life. Judy was known for her kindness, her quiet strength, and a sneaky sense of humor. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alberta and Cyril Weber, and her sister-in-law, Mary Jean Weber. She is survived by her daughters, Erin (Rodney) Helton and Heather (Joshua) DeLancey; her beloved granddaughters, Madeline, Sloane, and Violet; her brothers, William Weber, Daniel (Linda) Weber, and Robert (Tina) Weber; and many family members and friends. Her family will be holding a celebration of life in the near future. Her love for her family and the many lives she touched as a nurse will never be forgotten.
