Judith Alene Weeks

Judith Alene Weeks, age 85, of Plain City, Ohio passed away on March 8th, 2026 at her residence. She was born on December 7th, 1940 in Cook County, Illinois to Kenneth and Gertrude Smith (Smith).

"Judy" retired from the Plain City Presbyterian Church, where she served as secretary. She enjoyed flower arranging and had a florist shop, Petals and Pot Pourri, for several years. Judy loved to cook, especially for large crowds and any time a family member had a special event.

Shopping was a favorite pastime, and she greatly loved buying for all her grands and great-grands, whom she adored and loved so much. Every farming season, you could see Judy feeding Harry and his crew dinner, in the field from the back of their van. She loved everything purple, even more-so if it had butterflies.

Judith is survived by her children: Scott (Loretta) Weeks of Marysville, OH, Andy (Leanne) Weeks of Plain, City, OH, and Janet (Chris) Johnston of Plain City, OH; grandchildren: Chris (Catherine) Weeks of Marysville, OH, Nate (Gaby) Weeks of San Antonio, TX, Kylie Meeks of North Lewisburg, OH, Kate (Tyler) Yutzy of Plain City, OH, Caryn (Tyler) Linsky of Mechanicsburg, OH, Kristen (Cody) Price of Plain City, OH, Clayton (Kimberly) Weeks of Plain City, OH, Mackenzie (David) Beltz of Marysville, OH, Graham (Jessica) Johnston of Greyson, KY, Connor (Krista) Johnston of Plain City, OH, and Madelyn (Kyle) Cook of London, OH; great-grandchildren: Camden, Gloria, Wulfric, Lorelei, Sadie, Walker, Leighton, Briggs, Olivia, Rowan, Case, Greyson, Koreigh, Reagan, Austin, Spencer, Oakley, Kingsley, Harper, Maisyn, Charlotte, Nolan, Owen, and Ila.

Judy is also survived by: her sister Roxanna (Richard) Flickinger; nephews Allen (Kate) Flickinger, and Philip (Caren) Flickinger; and great-nieces: Ana, Charlotte, Abigail, and Elle.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Harry.

A visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th, 2026, from 2-4PM and 6-8PM at Ferguson Funeral Home 202 East Main Street Plain, City, Ohio 43064. A funeral service will take place on Saturday, March 14th, 2026 at 10AM at Plain City Presbyterian Church 231 East Main Street, Plain City, Ohio 43064. Interment to follow at Forest Grove Cemetery, Plain City, Ohio.
