Judith Zeolla Obituary

Judith Ann Coury Zeolla, born Dec. 17, 1941, passed away Friday, June 23, 2023 Our Mom/Grammy/Judy has blessedly gone to our Heavenly Father's everlasting embrace. Known for her impish smile and "tell you like it is" candor, she had not a single mean bone in her petite body. Our Mom loved, protected and remained fiercely loyal to us throughout her life. We will have this with us always. The daughter of John Coury and Alda Earney, Judy grew up in Arnold and was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church before moving to Texas for the last 45 years. She is survived by us, her children, Linda Zeolla and Rick and Mashelle Zeolla; her four grandchildren, Olivia, Rand, Nicolas and Jayden; one great-grandson, Milo; and her siblings, John and Marilyn Coury, Mark and Trudy Coury, Lorraine and Bill Bates and Sue Kline; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. We, her family, find great comfort in her unwavering belief in our Lord and Savior. We know she is at peace with Him, dancing and rejoicing... and yet she is terribly missed by each of us. "...You are sad now. But I will see you again, and then you will be happy. You will be really happy. Nobody will be able to take away your joy." John 16:22. In lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimer's Association at www.alz.org are appreciated.

Linda and Richard,

I am saddened by the passing of your Mother and apologetic for the lateness of this note. The news reached me from Patty by way of Maria.

I know that words have no meaning right now but later they may offer some comfort. Your great loss is painful and I empathize. My thoughts and prayers are with you and all who loved your Mom.

Respectfully,
Lou Cordera

Dear Rick, Linda & Family,

I´m very sorry to learn the sad news. Judy was such a lovely woman and very much a part of childhood memories. Our mothers were not not only sister in laws, but friends as well.

You have my heart felt sympathy. My thoughts and prayers are with one and all.
