Judy G. Davidson, 69, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, April 17, 2025.
She was born on June 16, 1955, in Dayton, Ohio, to the late Arthur and Jean (Mosley) Baker. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Billy R. Davidson, Sr. (BJ), and her brothers, Eddie Baker and Gregory Lee Baker.
Judy was a devoted mother to her five sons and a loving grandmother and great-grandmother who treasured time with her family. Her warm smile, kind heart, and unwavering support touched the lives of everyone who knew her. She took great pride in her children and grandchildren, celebrating their accomplishments and always being there during difficult times. Judy was incredibly creative, with a remarkable talent for crafting that seemed limitless - from holiday wreaths, ornaments, and seasonal decorations to knick-knacks, scrapbooks, and personalized gifts. She could transform simple materials into beautiful home décor, custom jewelry, and painted crafts that showcased her artistic eye and patient hands. If she could imagine it, she could make it. Her handcrafted creations became cherished keepsakes for family and friends alike. A passionate Ohio State sports fan whose dedication rivaled even the coaches on the sidelines, she cheered for her beloved Buckeyes with unmatched enthusiasm and loyalty. Though small in stature at barely 5 feet tall, Judy was a force of nature who stood tall when it mattered most. She fearlessly stood up for her beliefs and convictions, never backing down when something was important to her. Her strength, resilience, and loving nature created a legacy that will continue to live on through her family. Judy's creative spirit, determined heart, and fierce love will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
