Judy Ann Sprouse Dill of Culpeper VA passed away peacefully at her home on March 22,

2026 surrounded by her family.

Born on August 27, 1956 in Arlington, Virginia, Judy was a hardworking and devoted family

woman who spent her life providing for those she loved.

Judy was married to her beloved husband, Mark A. Dill, and together they created a home

filled with love, laughter, and strong family values. She was a devoted mother, grandmother

and great-grandmother who cherished time with her family.

She is survived by her husband: Mark A. Dill, Daughters: Angela Sprouse, Amy Sprouse, Ashley Dill.

Grandchildren: Thomas Williams (Mariah), Christina Williams (David), Michael Stanley (Kara), Kayla

Stanley (Kei) Patrick Penn Jr, Sydney Penn, Jaylynn Penn, Jayla Dill, and Destiny Dill and

Great-grandchildren: Zayden Penn, Niveah Lambert, Trumoni Beale, Santana Hogan, Syair

Morton, Ka'oir Walton who brought her endless joy. She is also survived by her sister

Donna Putnam (Kenny), niece and nephews: Kennethe Putnam (Brandi), Heather Perrel

(Reiner), Matthew Putnam (Ashley) and Timothy Putnam (Whitney) and many other family

and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Percy H Sprouse and Mary H Sprouse;

Judy enjoyed life's simple pleasures. She loved long bike rides with her husband, watching

the hummingbirds out of the kitchen window, watching her great grandchildren grow. She

was also a hard-working businesswoman and was loved by many in her industry. Above

all, she will be remembered as a simple, kind, loving woman whose quiet strength and

dedication meant everything to her family and friends.

Her legacy lives on in the many lives she touched and the family she so faithfully cared for.

Celebration of Life Services will be April 11th, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the

American Legion 14222 Rixeyville Rd, Culpeper, VA 22701
