Judy Packer Obituary
Devoted wife, mother and grandmother
Judy Louise Packer, age 74 of Big Lake, passed away peacefully November 29th, 2023. She was born July 4, 1949 in Minneapolis, the daughter of Clarence and Doris (Scott) Pregler.
Judy enjoyed painting, fishing, bowling, playing cards and board games, and putting together puzzles. But, there was nothing that she loved more than being around family and friends.
Judy had a pure heart and always stood with open arms. The support she gave to the people she cared about was endless. She often became "mom" and "grandma" to many who weren't her own.
She is preceded in death by parents Clarence and Doris, brothers Clarence and Charles, sisters Delores and Beverly, son John, and pets Princess and Fritz.
Survived by husband Leonard, children Sharon, Robert (Clarice), Jeremy, and Jill (Tony), 15 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, sister Irene and brother John (Mary Joe), along with many other loving family members and friends.
Celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 15th, 2023 at Resurrection Lutheran Church (9300 Jason Ave NE, Monticello, MN 55362). Visitation starts at 10 am and service at 11 am. Lunch is to follow with an open mic for anyone to share memories.
