She is preceded in death by her mother Joan Stewart and her grandson Gabriel Ian Baxter.
Judy is survived by 3 children: Nicole Nottingham (Steve) of Ekron, KY; Shaunna Mashburn (Josh) of Georgia and Derek Quiggins of Hardinsburg, KY
5 grandchildren: Michael Baxter, Donta' and Tylila Noe, Aurora Quiggins and Austin Nottingham
Father: Norman Stewart of Falls of Rough, KY
Her life partner - Ray Ratliff
Several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 11 AM with burial in the New Bethel Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, 3 – 7 PM and Wednesday after 8:30 AM. All times are central.
Expressions of sympathy are suggested to the funeral home to assist with expenses.
