Judy A. Frazier Tennal was born March 2, 1952 to Leroy J. Frazier and Margaret A. Jones Frazier in Owensboro, Kentucky. She passed away Friday, December 22, 2023 in Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach, Missouri. At the time of her passing, she was seventy-one years, nine months and twenty days of age.
She grew up in Owensboro, Kentucky and was a graduate of Owensboro High School. Following graduation, she became a Certified Nursing Assistant and began her career as a caregiver at a hospital in Louisiana. She then transitioned into the health care and hospice industry where she served until the early 1990's. She then moved to Missouri and continued to work with Hospice in Pulaski County.
On June 17, 2019, Judy was united in marriage to William J. Tennal, Jr. and they made their home in Eldridge, Missouri.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Roger.
She is survived by her husband, William J. Tennal, Jr. of the home; her daughter, Dawn Perez of Springfield, Missouri; her sister, Darlene Newcomb of Owensboro, Kentucky and her brother, Dennis Frazier of Owensboro, Kentucky.
She grew up in the Catholic faith and was a very caring and loving person. She enjoyed caring for others and helping the families of those she served.
Judy had a love for animals and loved being on the farm. She enjoyed tending to the farm animals they had. She was a patient person and had a caring nature. She will be so very missed by those who knew and loved her.
A memorial to Claws and Paws has been established and donations may be made through the funeral home.
