Judy Wallace, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to so many, passed away peacefully on October 7, 2025, at the age of 72. Born in Houston, Texas, on October 29, 1952, to the late Loney and Jewel Wright, Judy’s life was marked by compassion, devotion, and tireless service to others.
Judy’s heart was always open. She spent more than three decades devoted to helping her community, whether it was providing food, clothing, or simply a listening ear to those in need. Her kindness knew no bounds, especially when it came to children, she volunteered for decades to make sure every child could experience the magic of Christmas and feel special during prom season, ensuring no one was forgotten.
In 1997, Judy met and married the love of her life, Bobby Wallace. Together, they built a life grounded in love and family. Judy was a fiercely devoted wife and a proud mother and grandmother, always placing her family at the center of her world.
She is survived by her loving husband, Bobby Wallace, and their children: Mody (Christine) Berber, Chris (Maria) Wallace, Kim Wallace, Johnny (Melissa) Berber, and Albert (Angie) Berber Jr. Her legacy lives on in the lives of her 15 cherished grandchildren and 3 precious great-grandchildren. Judy was preceded in death by her brothers, Jackie Crawford and Monty Wright.
To know Judy was to feel cared for. Her gentle spirit, generous heart, and unwavering commitment to others will be deeply missed but never forgotten. Her legacy of love and service continues in the countless lives she touched.
A life so beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered.
