Obituary published on Legacy.com by Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A. on Sep. 5, 2024.

Judy Ann Westphal passed away peacefully on September 4, 2024. Judy was born on August 4, 1942, in Ringstead, Iowa, to her parents, Lois Elaine Staton Corderman and Alvin Beryl Corderman. After graduating from nursing school in Rochester, Minnesota, she worked at a nursing home and later devoted her career to the former North Arundel Hospital as a registered nurse and later, a nurse manager. Judy, Roger and their friend, Jean Fresty, lead the Pacesetters 4-H Club for many years. She also served as a band booster while her children were in the Old Mill High School Marching Band. Judy loved to sew and together with Roger enjoyed church activities, traveling all over the world and their grandchildren.

She is survived by her three loving children, Shari Brandt (Barry), Greg Westphal (Christine) and Cindy Byler (Timothy); cherished grandchildren, Heather (Eran), Josiah (Madison), Cara, Matthew, Benjamin (Brianna), Patrick, Gracie (Tobias), Julia and Luke; and her beloved great-grandchildren, Benjamin and Eilidh. She is also survived by her two loving sisters, Jane Mueller and Beth (Doug Olson). She was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 56 years, Roger; her parents, her brother, Vernon, and her sister, Marsha.
