Julia Ann Sutton Obituary
Miss Julia Ann Sutton, age 80, of the Bedford Community in Bedford County, TN, passed away on Saturday, September 23, 2023. She was born in Bedford County, TN and was a daughter of the late James Alford Sutton and Susie Louise Rogers Sutton. Miss Sutton was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her twin sister, Judith Poteete.
Miss Julia loved growing flowers and she enjoyed watching television. Her favorite thing was sitting on her front porch and rocking in her chair. She appreciated popcorn tins at Christmas time. Her greatest love was her family!
Miss. Julia is survived by her niece, Janet (Russell) Bradford of Shelbyville, TN; great nieces, Ashley Sutton of Lewisburg, TN, Tammy Sutton of Alabama; great nephews, Destry Miller of Shelbyville, TN, Matthew (Hannah) Brewer of Shelbyville, TN, Joey Brewer of Shelbyville, TN, William Brewer of Tullahoma, TN; several great great nieces and nephews; and caregiver, Ronnie Nowlin of Shelbyville, TN.
Visitation with the family will be on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 from 4 PM until 8 PM at Lawrence Funeral Home. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at 11 AM from the Chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Rev. Ricky Lynch officiating. Interment will follow in Willow Mount Cemetery in Shelbyville, TN.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
