Julia M Bretthauer, 93, of Oxford, Arkansas, passed away, Friday, September 5, 2025, in Mountain Home, Arkansas.
She was born in Hurley, Missouri, on November 24, 1931, daughter of the late Frank and Beatrice (Zimmerman) Gregory. Julia was united in marriage to the late Karl Bretthauer on February 7, 1978, in Georgia. She was a member of the Oxford United Methodist Church, the Oxford Fire Department and the Red Hat Society. During her working years, Julia was a tax accountant. Julia was a very happy and positive person who loved life.
She is survived by her sons, David Stanley of Oxford, Arkansas and Greg Stanley of Florida; daughter, Treva Rush of Melbourne, Arkansas.
She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; daughter, Pamela Hunt; brother, Frank P. Gregory and sister, Madeline Snipes.
