Julia Frances Brown, 91, went home to be with her Heavenly Father on December 1, 2024. She was born on December 30, 1932 and was a lifelong resident of Cleveland. Julia was preceded in death by her parents: Charlie and Lillie Brown, siblings: Virgil, Jack, Warren, Dewey, Carrie Pippinger, Lillian Kerr, Nora Davis, and Omey Kibler, and grandchildren: Brittany Keith and William Cochran. She is survived by her brother John Brown, children: Judy Howard, Danny Brown, and Tammie and Ronny Jenkins; grandchildren: Julie Cochran, Lisa Roach, Aleisha Wurstner, Chris and Scarlet Brown, and Courtney and Paul Allen. As well as many great grandchildren, extended family and friends. Julia was a child of God and enjoyed singing gospel music at Washington Avenue Church when her health allowed. She had a servant's heart and spent her life looking after those who surrounded her. Her resounding laughter could instantly brighten a room and the love she shared with others will forever be missed until we are reunited again in Heaven. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 6, 2024 at Companion Funeral Home with visitation from 12-2 and the funeral immediately following. Companion Funeral staff is honored to assist the Brown family with these arrangements.
