Julia M. Danford Moore of Akron Ohio passed away on March 29, 2025. Born October 26, 1939, Julia was the youngest of 14 children that preceded her in death along with her parents. She is survived by her partner of 40+ years, Richard Danford, her four children, Wayne Moore, Fonda Pitingoro (Michael), Lynn Milburn (Larry), Teri Rinehard (Tim), 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Julia was the owner/operator of Village Laundry in Ellet for 18 years also owner/operator of the Sweetums Shop Bakery in Logan, Ohio for 10 years in which she received many accolades. Julia was admired, adored and cherished. She was very talented, creative and devoted. She was truly loved will be greatly missed.
A "Celebration of Life" will be held in the near future. Please, in lieu of flowers please make a donation to Alzheimer's Association or Hospice.
