On September 21st, 2025 Julia Walling DiPaulo at the age of 60, went home to be with our Lord and Savior while receiving hospice care at Hock Pavillion in Durham, NC. Julie was a loving, dedicated, and thoughtful wife, mother, and Mimi. She was also a beloved member of her community, decorating cakes for the surrounding area for over a decade. She is remembered by her ability to light up a room with her personality, and her desire to put others needs before her own. She never met a stranger, and always had a listening ear and loving smile for those who needed it.
Julie is survived by her husband David DiPaulo, daughter Sydney Morris (Daniel), her two beautiful grandchildren Emma and Grant and lastly her brother Jeffrey Walling. She is rejoicing and reuniting with loved ones in heaven including her mother Judith Walling and her father Joseph Walling.
No funeral services are being held, instead a celebration of life will be held at a later date. To know her was to love her, and her light will never fade from this earth.
Psalm 73:26 “My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.”
