Barbara was born on April 8, 1943, in Louisa, Kentucky, to her mother, Verna Hall. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Edgar, Albert, Ernest, and Mary Koepke.
She is survived by her two sons, Dominic Rovetto (Deborah) of New Market, New Hampshire, and David Rovetto (Cindy) of Chapel Hill, North Carolina. She was a proud and loving grandmother to Dominic M. Throughout her career, she built many lasting relationships and touched countless lives. Along the way, she instilled in her sons the values of hard work, love, and faith.
She found great joy in life's simple pleasures, especially the beauty and fragrance of fresh flowers. She was also a passionate supporter of her North Carolina Tar Heels. One of her greatest joys was singing in the choir at McMannen United Methodist Church, where she shared her faith and formed deep connections with her church family.
Barbara will be remembered for her energetic laugh, quick wit, and the warmth she brought to every room. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
