Julia Ann Linsdau

Julia Ann Linsdau, of Antigo, died on March 7, 2026 at Aspirus Langlade Hospital. She was 87 years old. She was born on June 5, 1938 in Sheboygan, a daughter of David and Elizabeth (Rosell) Fischer. She married Henry Linsdau on December 20, 1957 in Waukegan, IL. He preceded her in death on November 20, 2008.

A devoted caregiver, Julia spent many years working as a certified nursing assistant, first at Eastview Nursing Home for 28 years and then at Evergreen Terrace for 10 years.

She enjoyed crocheting, trips to the casino, and especially loved the color purple. Julia cherished the time she spent caring for her grandchildren. She was a proud member of the Elvis Presley fan club having made several trips to Tennessee to visit Graceland.

Survivors include son, David Linsdau of Antigo; two grandchildren, Kayla Holevatz of Hustisford and Christina (Jeremy) Staudt of Hartford; great-grandchildren, Lucas Linsdau of Deerbrook, Logan Lindsdau and Macari Linsdau both of Texas, Marina Linsdau of West Bend, Emma (Aidan) Jackson of Rubicon, Richie and Linda Holevats of Hustisford, Chloe, Eli, Jhett, and Jackson Staudt of all of Hartford, and Layla Gillis of Hartford; sister-in-law, Sandy Fischer of Sheboygan; half-sister, Hazel; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Mark Linsdau; grandson, Mark Linsdau; sisters, Rosalie Warrens and Shirley Fox; brothers, Roger Fischer and Raymond Fischer; and half-brother, Eddy Cratton.

A funeral service will be held Thursday March 12, at 12 p.m. at the Bradley Funeral Home. Burial will take place in St. Joseph Cemetery in Phlox.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the funeral home.
