I first met " Aunt Judy along with Uncle Tony back in 1987 while dating my husband, Robert Pelle, nephew to Uncle Tony. We had traveled to Utica from Ohio to meet Robert's mom and all the family members living in Nrw York. Aunt Judy was so welcoming. It was as if I had known her all of my life. Uncle Tony and Beth and Judith were just like her, too. They made me feel like family upon walking in the door. Over the years, Aunt Judy shared many of her recipes with me ( she was an excellent cook) and had the good fortune to her and the family several times at their much loved camp up in the Aderondaks. Our first born's, first ever boat ride was on the lake at their camp and he loved sitting on the table while Aunt Judy cooed and talked to him. He laughed and laughed with her. Small in stature, but great in heart and the way she loved her family and friends. How fortunate was I to have married Robert and had the opportunity to meet and love Aunt Judy and her family. An incredible people just like their mom. Winston Churchil said, " We make a living by what we get, We make a LIFE by what we GIVE." Aunt Judy always gave to others unconditionally and with love. What a blessing to have known her.
