Julia Stone Obituary

Julia "Julie" Ann Louise Stone, born on April 20, 1967, in Alamance County, passed away peacefully on February 17, 2026, at Wesley Long Hospital after several months of failing health.

Julie dedicated many years of her career to Carolina's Diner at the Quaker Village location, where her warm spirit touched the lives of many.

She was a loving mother to her four sons: Jonathan (Joy), Ian, Colin (Savanah), and Philip. Julie is survived by her two brothers, John (Sandy) and Josh (Cheryl), as well as her nephews Jeremy (Skyler), Grey (Tatianna), and A.J., along with her great niece and nephew, Addison and Jackson. She was preceded in death by her parents, John L. Stone III and Beverly Ann Hargrove Stone, and her nephew, Jay Stone.

Julie prioritized her family and made special efforts to bring them together. She had a love for nature, particularly enjoying watching birds and snowfalls. She cherished the festive spirit found in Christmas movies and adored her canine and feline companions. Julie attended Harvest Baptist Church.
