Julianna Dick (nee Willi), 87, passed away on Saturday October 11, 2025 at the Health Center at the Renaissance in Olmsted Falls. Julianna was born October 2, 1938 in Yugoslavia. Having lost her father in the Second World War, she and her mother and brothers fled to Austria after the war. She married her husband, Ernst, in Austria in 1958 and they came to the United States in 1966. Julianna had resided in North Ridgeville since 1973. She was a homemaker and also formerly owned a coffee shop in Rocky River and ran a laundry business from her home. Julianna was a faithful member of St. Peter Catholic Church in North Ridgeville. She loved flowers, gardening, and cooking. Her apple kuchen was loved by all! Julianna Dick is survived by: her children, Elisabeth Balk (Curt), Maria Arendash (John), Gerhard Dick (Sharon), and Erich Dick (Danielle); her grandchildren, Becky, Julianna, Nicholas, Alexandra, and Mycole; her great-granddaughter, Elaine; and a brother, John Willi. She was preceded in death by: her husband, Ernst; her parents, Nicholas and Apolonia (nee Pfeil) Willi; a brother, Matt Willi; and two sisters-in-law, Maria and Katherine Willi. The family will receive friends on Tuesday October 14, 2025 from 4 to 7pm at the Liston Funeral Home, 36403 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. The Funeral Service will be Wednesday October 15, 2025 at 10:30am at the funeral home with Rev. Father Bob Franco, officiating. Burial will be at St. Peter Cemetery in North Ridgeville.
