Heber Valley Funeral HomeJulie Beth Bell, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully in Provo, Utah, on December 5th, 2025, after a short but courageous battle with cancer. She was 68 years old.
Born on June 22nd, 1957, in Kingston, New York, Julie grew into a woman known by all for her boundless kindness, warmth, and compassion. She had an extraordinary gift for making people feel seen, heard, and valued. Whether sharing a heartfelt conversation, offering a helping hand, or simply spending time with those she loved, Julie brought light into every space she entered.
Julie married the love of her life, Allan Bell, and together they shared 47 beautiful years of devotion and partnership. She is survived by Allan and their four children: Terri (Dave), Kerri (Adam), Jeremy (Cameo), and Corey (Yolanda). Julie was also a proud and loving grandmother to twelve grandchildren, each of whom brought her immense joy.
Throughout her life, Julie made friends wherever she lived. She became an avid pickleball player with Allan when they retired to Utah. Her genuine care for others left a lasting impression on countless people, and her legacy of compassion will continue to inspire all who knew her. She will be deeply and sorely missed.
