Julia Ann "Julie" Brock passed away on December 2, 2025.
A lifelong resident of Columbia, Julie grew up in the heart of downtown and spent her career with the South Carolina Highway Department, where she worked faithfully until her retirement. She loved traveling and cherished time spent with her closest friends and family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John Moses Brock and Nell Moody Brock; her sisters, Virginia Brock Bradham and Mary Brock Farr; and her brother, John Franklin Brock. Julie leaves behind her sister-in-law, Betty Garren Brock; her nephew, John Garren Brock (Jennifer); her niece, Stephanie Bradham Heckart (Steve); and several great-nieces and great-nephews, all of whom she loved dearly.
Family and friends are invited to a drop-in gathering at her home on Sunday, December 21, 2025, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
