Julie was a wonderful instructor who was very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. She made class relevant and fun and was an excellent advisor. She truly loved what she did! I am grateful that I had a chance to know her. My prayers go out to her family and close friends.

Of all the college professors I've had, Julie has had the most profound impact on my life. She was such a kind, caring person and always encouraged her students to continue their education and to make a difference in the lives of young children. She was a woman of wisdom and a gentle soul. My deepest sympathy to her family and friends.

Julie was the most influential instructor I've had the pleasure of meeting. She made all her students feel so special and I truly believe she cared about each and every one. I looked forward to her classes. I told her that after I left her class I often felt like I just left a therapy session. She was so uplifting.

Jules you lit up my life with great humor and kindness while we were suitemates at Ferris all those years ago. We may have lost touch until a few years ago but you always remained in my heart. Thank you for giving me a vivid picture of what a good person is all about through your actions and compassion. You will be with some other great angels that have paved the way for you. Blessings and prayers go out to all your loved ones.

My dearest friend Julie since the day I first met you in third grade we were inseparable all through high school. We shared so many things together good and bad. We may have moved apart over the years but, you were still my one true best friend. Heaven has gained one of the best and kindest souls. Susan (Murdoch) Wissner
