Julie Huch
Wood River - Julie Ann Huch, 64, passed away Saturday, January 3, 2026 at her home.
Born Apr. 11, 1961, she was a daughter of Otto J. "Junior" Huch and Rose Marie "Soonie" (Stimac) Huch.
Julie loved crocheting and made several blankets and afghans for all her family.
She is survived by three daughters, Amy (Nathan) Ziegler of Rosewood Heights, Katie (Josh) Humiston of Grafton, and Theresa Seehausen of Godfrey; a son, Tommy Seehausen of East Alton; her grandchildren, Joseph Ziegler, Megan Ziegler, Matthew Ziegler, Marissa Seehausen, Lillian Martin, Emma Corby, Lucas Humiston, Cole Humiston, Noah Neal, Rhylin Neal, and Cassidy Seehausen; great grandchildren, Charlotte Baker and Mila Christensen; a sister, Sue (Jim) Barham of Aurora, IL; two brothers, Steve (Myra) Huch of Wood River and John Huch of Bethalto; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Julie was preceded in death by her parents, Junior and Soonie; a son, Charles D. Seehausen, Jr.; a sister, Mary Jane Jackson; and a brother, James "Jimmy" Huch.
According to her wishes, cremation services are entrusted to Paynic Home for Funerals, with an online guestbook available at www.paynicfh.com
