It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Julie Lynn Randall, a woman whose warmth, compassion, and radiant spirit touched the lives of all who knew her. Julie passed away peacefully, surrounded by love, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, joy, and deep devotion.Julie was loved by so many, but none more deeply than her beloved husband, Lyle Randall, with whom she shared a beautiful life rooted in love, laughter, and unwavering partnership. Together, they built a home filled with compassion-not just for each other, but for their cherished rescue dogs, who were the center of their world. Julie was the most devoted dog

mom, fiercely loving each of her fur-babies and advocating for the power of adoption alongside Lyle.A true romantic at heart, Julie had a deep love for all things love-from sweet gestures to sweeping stories. She was especially fond of Lifetime movies, never missing a chance to revel in a good love story. She also had a special talent that became one of her most recognized traits-Julie was a Hallmark card expert. Whether it was a birthday, a tough day, or just because, she had an unmatched ability to select the perfect card, one that said just the right thing at just the right time.Julie was known as an amazing caretaker, always putting others before herself. Her joyful spirit and infectious smile lit up every room she entered, and her zest for life inspired those around her. She had an incredible gift for seeing the good in people and reminding them of it, often when they needed it most.Julie leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and light. She is survived by her loving husband, Lyle Randall; her mother Nancy Robbins, family friend Ralph Keeling; her son, Gary Gallegos and sister Cidney and partner Cisco; Lyle's children, Heather and Jason Westbrook, Nathan and Nashe Randall, and Renae Renteria; along with nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.She will be greatly missed, deeply loved, and forever remembered by all who had the blessing

of knowing her.
