Julio Cesar Chapa passed away on January 26, 2026 at the age of 60. He was born on June 10th, 1965 in Mission, TX.
Julio was a hardworking and dedicated man who took pride in his work and the relationships he built throughout his life. He was known for his kindness, generosity, and the quiet strength he showed to those around him. Julio will be deeply missed by all who had the honor of knowing him.
He is survived by his sisters, Norma Barrientos and Cruzsema Chapa. He was preceded by his death by his parents, Cesar and Belia Chapa, and his siblings, Oscar Javier Chapa, Jose Luis Chapa and Aida Belia Chapa.
A memorial service will be held on February 9th, 2026 at 10:00 am at McAllen Funeral Home (512 S 12th St, McAllen, TX 78501)
