Julio is preceded in death by Father, Jesse J. Ramirez, Mother, Lupe Ramirez, Brother, Jesse Ramirez Jr., Brother, Ray Ramirez, Daughter, Lily R. Ramirez. He is survived by his beloved family which includes Sister, Belinda R. Barrington; Two Brothers, Leo W. (Kathy) Ramirez, Tommy (Kathy) Ramirez and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 23, 2024, 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Felix H. Morales Funeral Home, Houston, Texas.
A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, 11:30 am at Felix H. Morales Funeral Home - Central.
Interment will follow at Forest Park East Cemetery.
