Guillermo (Willie) Hebbron Herrera, went to be with our Lord on November 13, 2025 in Houston, TX., at age 96. He was born in Oilton, Texas November 18, 1928 to Jose Herrera Jr. and Tomasa Herrera. He worked as a Master Butcher for various supermarkets and eventually opening his own meat market in 1972. He was a work-a-holic sometimes working 18 hours a day, instilling the work ethic in his children. He was a humble, loving and caring man who was always there for his family and friends. Guillermo loved to take trips to Freer, Laredo, Oilton, Hebbronville and San Antonio, Texas to visit family as often as he could. Willie had a passion for music and singing. His golden voice was enjoyed by many.

The evidence of his legacy was the HUGE impact he made on his family and friends and also his singing performances. He never met a stranger.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Sisters: Aurora Godsey ( Wesley), Anita Vaugh (Lloyd), Elisa Jasso (Avelino); Brothers: Jose Herrera, Jr. (Sofia), Porfirio Herrera(Estela), Hector Herrera(Maria); Daughter: Norma Whitley; Son: Ruben Sandoval (Sara); Grandson: Timothy Charles Lewis; Son-in-law: Mark Reilly.

He is survived in life: Wife: Juanita; Children: Rose Reilly, Aleida Lewis (Fred Hanna), Willie Herrera Jr., Nealda Whitley (Donn Reichelt); Grand Children: Christopher McNiel (Hanna), Leah Lewis (Chris Word), Allen Lewis (Cindy), Bryan Lambert (Megan), Gregory Sandoval ( Sabrina); Great-Grands: Madeline King (Cole Dugan), Jaedon Reichelt (Lulu Morales), Lexi Lewis, Ally Lewis, Cayden McNiel, Cole McNiel, Kambrie McNiel, Lucian Sandoval, Braylon Lambert, Bowie Lambert; Great-Great Grandson: Onyx Reichelt, plus many nieces and nephews.
