Schenectady - After a brief illness, Julio Angel Vazquez transitioned from earth to his heavenly home on Tuesday, March 24, 2026.
Julio’s early years were spent in Puerto Rico. As a teenager he moved to the city of Albany where he finished his formal education at Albany High School, and he went on to complete the Culinary Arts program through BOCES.
He is survived by his mother Estebania Febres, his brothers Miguel and Angel Vazquez. He was predeceased by his father Miguel Vazquez. He also leaves to mourn five nieces and five nephews.
Calling Hours will be held on Friday, April 3,2026 from 4 pm to 7 pm at Cannon Funeral Home, 2020 Central Avenue, Colonie, NY 12205
Burial will be on Saturday, April 4, 2026. The processional will gather by 9 am at Cannon Funeral Home. To leave a message of condolence for the family, visit www.CannonFuneral.com
