June L. Curtiss
June L. Curtiss, of GA, formerly of Goshen, passed away peacefully on September 22, 2025. June, affectionately known as "Bug," was born on June 6, 1938 to the late Harold L. and Edith Leona (Montgomery) Curtiss.
She was a store owner, equipment operator, and worked for many years for The Torrington Company.
She enjoyed traveling with her children and grandchildren, visiting numerous horse and NASCAR tracks. June was an avid walker and animal lover; but most importantly, June was devoted to her family and her enormous love and support that she bestowed upon her family will never be forgotten.
June is survived by her children Susan Clark of Tolland, MA; Charles Greenwood (Jeannine) of Goshen, CT; Roland Greenwood Jr. of Northfield, CT; Douglas Greenwood (Jackie) of Palm Coast, FL; Jeffery Greenwood (Lisa) of South Hadley, MA; David Greenwood Sr. of Northfield, CT; and Kelley Lutz (Gregg) of Greensboro, GA; her grandchildren Joseph IV and Ashley Clark, Bonnie and Rolland III Greenwood, David Jr. and Danielle Greenwood, Kaitlyn and Louis Greenwood, Emma Greenwood, Abby and Drew Lutz, and Lexi Greenwood, great-grandchildren Paige Clark, and Ruby June and Laura Claire Greenwood; and siblings Edith Emmons and Jean Wilkinson, Dorothy Bradshaw and Harry James Curtiss.
June is predeceased by her son, James Greenwood, and former husbands, Roland Greenwood Sr. and Harold Curtiss.
Services were held privately.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Abbey Hospice Foundation, P.O. Box 68, Social Circle, GA, 30025.
