On Friday, December 12, 2025, June Ferbstein Ferrier took the hand of Jesus and stepped onto Heaven’s shore, forever free of her earthly pain and sickness.

June was born at home December 28, 1933, in Palmersville, Tennessee, to Willie B. and Lance Griffith.

June began her working career when she was only 16 and went on to achieve great success over the years in the corporate world. In her 60’s she completely changed her focus and became a very successful real estate professional in the suburban Dallas area.

June was a woman of strong faith and encouraged others to choose Jesus, too. She was intelligent, strong, courageous, beautiful, generous, loved music and enjoyed playing pinochle with family. She was very passionate about, protective of, and prayerful for her family, who will miss her greatly until we meet again.

June is survived by her three siblings Hugh Griffith, Dennis Griffith (Joan), Patsy Yeakey (Richard); bonus children Kelly Holly and Ryan Ferrier; nieces and nephews; great and great-great nieces and nephews; precious cousins and many dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 23 years, Bob Ferrier.

A celebration of June’s life will be held at 10:00am, Friday, January 16, 2026, at Prestonwood Baptist Church Faith Chapel in Plano, Texas.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in June’s memory to: Prestonwood Pregnancy Center
