Lincoln - June M. (Hauser) Marrapese, affectionately known as "Juney-Baby" and "June-Bug", 87, of Lincoln, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 4, 2025 surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Frank Marrapese, to whom she enjoyed sixty years of marriage before his passing in 2018.

Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Frederick and Gladys (Ringer) Hauser, she had resided in Lincoln for nearly seventy years.

Mrs. Marrapese took great pride in raising her five children. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family. She also took pleasure in knitting, enjoyed bowling when she was younger and valued the friendships she built through her card group.

She is survived by one daughter, Meredith Cahoon, and her husband Harold, of Warwick; three sons, David Marrapese, and his wife Davida, of Johnston, Jay Marrapese, and his wife Gail, of South Kingstown, and Michael Marrapese, and his wife Christine, of Narragansett, and the late Guy Marrapese; nine grandchildren, Jason Marrapese, Kerri Jenkins, Jennifer Settles, Joseph Marrapese, Marissa Rockwell, Matthew Marrapese, Justin Marrapese, Dylan Marrapese and Kyle Marrapese; and eight great-grandchildren, Lillian, Mason, Emily, Mackenzie, Grayson, Colton, Everett and Madison. She was the sister of the late Frederick Hauser.

Her funeral will be held Thursday, July 10, 2025 at 9:00 AM from Bellows Funeral Chapel, 160 River Road, Lincoln, with a Requiem Eucharist at 10:00 AM in Christ Church, 1643 Lonsdale Avenue, Lincoln. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston. Family and friends are invited, and may attend visiting hours on Wednesday from 4:00 - 7:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory to the American Lung Association, 235 Promenade Street, Suite 125, Providence, RI 02909 would be appreciated. For directions or to leave a message of condolence, please visit www.bellowsfuneralchapel.com.
