June Ringwalt Obituary
Mrs. Ringwalt was born on June 27th, 1936 in Decatur County, GA to the late Austin Piney Phillips and the late Mattie Ellen Lyde Phillips. She was a homemaker and a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Ellijay. She was such an outgoing person and especially loved her family and little children. She was a kind and generous person who loved the Lord and her church. She enjoyed camping and talking to everyone she met. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Ringwalt is preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Ringwalt, and two sons, Bob Ringwalt and Max Ringwalt.
June is survived by her husband, Charles L. Moody; son and daughter-in-law, Joe and Carol Ringwalt; daughters-in-law, Lynn Ringwalt and Agnes Smith Ringwalt; and five grandchildren, Melissa Ringwalt, Meredith (Keith Michael) Anderson, Amanda (Kyle) Davenport, Christopher (Laura) Ringwalt, and Sarah Ringwalt Smith.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, September 11th at 2 pm at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Ellijay with Pastor Joe Ringwalt and Rev. Dan Rosser officiating. Graveside Interment will follow in the Yukon Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 11th from 1 pm until 2 pm at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Ellijay.
Flowers will be accepted or donations can be made to the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
Bernhardt Funeral Home is in charge of these arrangements.
