Junie M Armstrong, age 79, of El Dorado Springs, MO, passed away peacefully on November 15, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on January 5, 1946, to Harrison and Estaline (Darnell) Belcher.
She found joy in the simple things in life. Spending time with family, a good cup of coffee, Christmas movies regardless of the time of year, working in the garden and canning, but most of all it was sharing laughter with the ones she loved the most. Junie's presence brought warmth, strength, and love to everyone who knew her. Junie was known for her selflessness, big heart, love of the land, and strong work ethic. She would do absolutely anything for her family and friends. Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
Junie was preceded in death by her parents, Harrison and Estaline Belcher; children, David Yeager and Lori Moran; brothers: Robert (Mary) Belcher, Charles Belcher, and Larry Belcher; sisters: Melba (Jack) Witmer, Ruby Benner, Juanita (Donald) Gooden, and Carolyn (David) Pusch; and brother-in-law, Warren Hamel.
Junie is survived by her children: Becky Moran, Stephanie (Charlie Barber) Moran, and Debbie Moran; grandchildren: David Yeager III, Andrew (Jessica) Burhman, Steven (Samantha) Moran, Anthony Bayless, Jerica (Trevor) Holt, Ashley Welborn, David Welborn, Derek Welborn, Christine Moran, Melissa Moran, Brianna (Trey) Barnette, and Katlyn Evans; great grandchildren: Xavier, Blaine, Devon, Paul, Kaylee, Cameron, Arianna, and Jashaun; great grandchildren, Alivia and Oakley; siblings, Shirley (Robert) Dean and Roberta Hamel; and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held in the spring.
