Justin Reagan Alloway passed away at the age of thirty on June 10, 2025, in Cincinnati,
OH, due to injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.

Justin was born November 1, 1994, in Memphis, TN to Mike and Rita Alloway. He
moved to Cincinnati at the age of five and graduated from Cincinnati Hills Christian
Academy. From there he attended the University of Alabama where he was a proud
member of Pi Kappa Phi. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati and went on to
become a Clinical Research Associate.

Justin is survived by his mother, Rita Raney Alloway of Decaturville, TN; maternal
grandmother, Geraldine Milam Raney of Decaturville. His aunts and uncles, Keith and
Beth Kirby of Collierville, TN; Kim and Keith Hairrell of Bartlett, TN; Jamie Clay of
Auburn, Al; as well as several first cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, Michael David Alloway of Bartlett, TN; maternal
grandfather, Robert Raney of Decaturville, TN; Robert and Janet Alloway of Bartlett, TN;
Uncle Rick Clay of Auburn, AL.

Justin's father passed away when Justin was only six. As they say it takes a village to
raise a child. Special thanks to Dr. Steve Woodle and Bruce and Karla Swallen's family
for being part of his Cincinnati village.

Justin was the first grandson on his mother's side and spent his summers in
Decaturville learning the ins and outs of the small-town life. He thought his Pop was
famous because everywhere they went people knew him. Justin had to share his small-
town thunder when several years later Cole and Clark Kirby were born. They each
thought they were the favorite, as it should be.

Services will be held on Friday, June 20 at Concord Church located at 715 Concord
Road, Decaturville TN 38329. Visitation will begin at Noon with service starting at
1:00pm. In lieu of flowers or mementos, donations can be made to the Concord
Cemetery Fund, PO Box 12, Decaturville TN, 38329. Concord is a very special place to
the family.

And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and
your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7

Oh, Dear Rita - My heart is heavy and my mind has drifted back to days when your sweet boy was with me in our elementary after school program. What an honor to have known both of you. I´ve often thought of you both. How sad to hear of Justin´s all-too-young passing. He was the sweetest, smartest, most outgoing little boy ever. He was so personable even as a young boy. His adorable southern accent always took me back to my roots in Tennessee where all "good people" come from, ha. I will never forget the baby shower the two of you threw for me when I adopted my first daughter. It was and still is the kindest gift ever given to me as a teacher. My mama heart aches for you Rita, and for your family. My prayers are with you all. I just know Justin is enjoying incredible adventures in Heaven. Until then sweet boy.
