Justin Colen Obituary

Published by Legacy on Dec. 19, 2025.
Justin Christopher Colen, age 31, passed away unexpectedly on December 15, 2025, leaving behind a family and friends who loved him deeply and will miss him beyond words.
Justin was the cherished son of Jeffrey Colen Sr. and the late Linda Colen. He was a loving brother to Jeffrey Jr. (Amber) Colen and Kaitlyn (Tyler) Scotch, and a proud and devoted uncle to Drew, Demi, Amelia, and Layla, who brought him so much joy. He was a beloved nephew to Marilyn (Jeff) Moore and Tammy Colen, and a treasured cousin and friend to many.
Justin had one of the kindest hearts. He genuinely cared about people and always looked for ways to help, no matter how small the gesture. He had a natural way of making others feel comfortable, often striking up conversations with strangers and turning them into friends. Justin loved spending time playing video games with friends, listening to his favorite music, and watching movies-especially the Fast & Furious series. He dreamed of owning the same car as Paul Walker one day.
Justin was an old soul with a deep love for history and often talked about wishing he could travel back in time. He had an unforgettable sense of humor and a laugh that could brighten any room. Though his time on this earth was far too short, Justin's life was full of love, kindness, and moments that will forever be cherished. He leaves behind memories that will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
Justin was preceded in death by his mother, Linda Colen; his grandparents, Elizabeth and Francis Colen, and Alvin and Sabine Young; his uncles, Kevin and Brian Colen and Michael Young; and his cousin, Amy Sweisthal (Colen).
