Born on December 13, 1979, in Tuscumbia, AL he started and ended each day with a smile on his face. The lives of those that had the privilege of knowing Justin were greatly enriched by his presence. He is survived by his mother, Jennifer Welker, and step-dad, Richard Welker; father, Paul Jefferys (Patti); and sister, Tatum Jefferys.
Justin was preceded in death by his grandparents, Willard Edward and Dojuanna Jo Strange, and Luther and Roxie Jefferys.
Pallbearers are Eric Martin, Matthew Moss, Andrew Fields, Anthony Gutierrez, Jackie Whitehead, and Greg "Bubba" Whitehead, Jr., with Tinker Boyd as honorary pallbearer.
