Justin Philip Nugent, 42, of Worcester, Massachusetts, passed away on October 6, 2025, in his hometown.
Born on April 25, 1983, in Worcester, Justin spent his life rooted in the community that shaped him. He was a devoted father to Alexis, Samuel, and Zachary, and partner to his fiancé Sara Hickson — roles he cherished above all else. His love for his children was boundless; he would do anything to ensure their happiness and well-being. Family was the cornerstone of Justin’s life, and he held those closest to him with unwavering loyalty and affection.
Justin is lovingly remembered by his parents, Susan and William Nugent; his sisters Stacy Iovieno and Lindsey Grantham; and his cherished nephews Austin, Adam, Walter, and Thomas. His deep sense of care extended beyond people—he had a special place in his heart for animals and shared a close bond with his beloved cats.
A man of quiet passions, Justin found joy in gardening. Whether tending to flowers or nurturing vegetables from seed to harvest, he found peace in the soil and satisfaction in watching things grow under his care—much like the way he nurtured those around him with kindness and patience.
Justin’s warmth touched many lives. He will be remembered for his gentle spirit, generous heart, and steadfast devotion to those he loved.
May his memory bring comfort to all who knew him.
